模拟法庭教学法是与新时代转型期地方本科院校法学专业改革目标、学科性质、法学知识形态相一致的重大教学实践,对于全面提升学生的法庭诉讼、辩论分析能力以及综合素质具有重要意义。本文针对模拟法庭教学法的实际效果与可行性策略进行了阐述。
The moot court teaching method is a significant teaching practice that is consistent with the reform objectives, the nature of the law and the legal knowledge form of the law major in the local transitional colleges in the new era. It is of great significance to the overall improvement of the students’ court litigation, debating ability and overall quality. This article elaborates the actual effect and feasibility of the moot court teaching method.
