引言文献已经说明:采用把印制电路悬置于矩形波导E平面内的办法可以构成毫米波段的多端口元件。这样的电路解决了毫米波的各种设计问题,因而能提供标准的法兰盘端口、廉价的印制电路、宽的单模带宽,以及与扦件式或混合式集成电路器件的相容性。本文概述了E-面电路的现今发展,它包括在9-mm波段和在3-mm波段的宽带四端口耦合元件,以及在5-mm波段应用GaAs(砷化镓)和I.P(磷化铟)体效应器件的单端口机械调谐的和变容管调谐的振荡器。
Introduction The literature has shown that the use of a printed circuit suspended in the rectangular waveguide E plane approach can form a multi-port millimeter-band components. Such a circuit solves the various millimeter wave design issues and thus provides a standard flange port, low cost printed circuit, wide single-mode bandwidth, and compatibility with skewed or hybrid integrated circuit devices . This article outlines the current developments in E-surface circuits that include broadband four-port coupling elements in the 9-mm band and in the 3-mm band, as well as GaAs (gallium arsenide) and IP (indium phosphide ) Body-Effect Devices Single-Port, Mechanical-Tuned and Varactor Tuned Oscillators.
