为了研究新化合物HNPC-A12211对同翅目害虫的杀虫活性,采用浸渍法研究了HNPC-A12211对蚕豆蚜虫的杀虫活性,其对同翅目害虫的活性经温室盆栽和田间小区防治蚕豆蚜虫和蔬菜蚜虫的药效试验确证。试验结果表明,HNPC-A12211对蚜虫具有较高活性,LC_(50)值为4.02 mg/L;温室和田间试验结果也表明,HNPC-A12211对蚕豆蚜虫和蔬菜蚜虫的防治效果可与对照药剂吡虫啉相媲美,具有进一步研究价值。
In order to study the insecticidal activity of the new compound HNPC-A12211 on Homoptera insects, the insecticidal activity of HNPC-A12211 against broad bean aphids was studied by dipping method. The activity of HNPC-A12211 against the homopteran pests was controlled by greenhouse potted plants and field plots. And vegetable aphids efficacy test confirmed. The results showed that HNPC-A12211 had a higher activity against aphids with LC_ (50) value of 4.02 mg / L. The results of greenhouse and field experiments also showed that the control effect of HNPC-A12211 against aphids and vegetables aphids could be compared with that of the control agent imidacloprid Comparable, with further research value.
