笔者通过对山东省内会计学专业学生及人员进行问卷调查、访谈交流等形式,了解山东省会计人才市场的总体供求状况、在校学生对就业情况的的了解以及择业标准等,为学校的会计本科教育、会计本科学生的就业提出合理的意见和建议,改善会计本科毕业生的就业状况。
