为了研究搅拌时间、煤样粒径、注水压差、注水速度等实验参数在注水过程中对颗粒煤润湿均匀度的影响,并为注水颗粒煤瓦斯解吸实验选取合理的实验参数,在实验室自制的实验仪器上,以卧龙湖煤矿8#煤样为研究对象,从实验角度分别考察分析了不同实验参数对颗粒煤润湿均匀度的影响,得出搅拌时间为1.25 h、煤样粒径为1~3 mm、注水压差为1 MPa、注水速度为1m L/min时颗粒煤的润湿效果最好。
In order to study the influence of mixing time, the particle size of coal sample, the pressure difference of water injection and the speed of water injection on the wetting evenness of granular coal during the process of water injection, reasonable experimental parameters were selected for coal gas desorption experiments of water injection granular coal, On the homemade experimental equipment, taking the 8 # coal sample of Wolonghu Mine as the research object, the influence of different experimental parameters on the uniformity of wetting of the coal pellets was investigated from the experimental point of view. The results showed that the mixing time was 1.25 h, 1 ~ 3 mm, water injection pressure difference of 1 MPa, water injection speed of 1m L / min when the best particle wetting effect.
