2014年2月11日,联丰化工全体员工在石家庄市同祥大酒店参加了为期两天的《赢在执行》工作启动培训会。这次培训旨在提升员工的执行力、战斗力和凝聚力,让所有员工在新的一年里能够更好地完成自己的工作,能够更好地体现自己的价值,让公司在新的一年里有更大的进步。参与此次培训会的除了公司的员工外还有一些客户代表到来,大家一起欢聚一堂,共同提高,共同进步。本次培训的主讲人是陈金平博士,陈博士有着14年的培训经验,并且具有中国十大培训师、心本管理教练导师等多项荣誉头衔,是一位资深的培训专家。
