一、林业合作经济是多形式的林业合作经济是在推广生产责任制的过程中形成的。同历来的集体经济相比,同农业合作经济相比,新型的林业合作经济具有多形式的特点。农业合作经济的形式是较为统一和简单的。林业生产责任制则是千姿百态,还没有一个比较一致的基本形式,因而林业合作经济的形式也是多样的。以生产要素划分,有劳动与资金的联合;有劳动、资金与土地的联合;有地区内的合作,也有跨地区的合作;在公有化程度上有高低的不同;在经营的统分结合上,有以统为主和以分为主的区别,等等。从目前的情况看,大抵有以下四种形式:(一)推行责任制后仍保留下来的社队林场。在这一形式里,山地和林权均为公有,其公有化程度较高。在经营上,林业生产过程的主要环节主要活动均以林场的集中统一经营为主,承包者只完成林业生产过程的一部分。在经济和经营上都有集体——林场——承包者这三个层次,其中以林场为经济实体和经营主体。这是保留了原来集体经济
