发达国家的高职教育具有多方面的社会功能,而各国职业素养能力模式又不尽相同。我国的高职教育经过多年的探索和发展,取得了一定的成绩。为继续发挥高职教育在我国经济建设和社会发展中的重要作用,需要借鉴国外成熟的职业素养能力模式,制定我国高职教发展战略,采取多种措施,培养合格的高职人才。
Higher vocational education in developed countries has many aspects of social function, but different countries have different occupational literacy models. After years of exploration and development, China’s higher vocational education has made some achievements. In order to continue to play the important role of higher vocational education in the economic construction and social development of our country, it is necessary to learn from the mature foreign vocational literacy model, formulate the strategy of developing vocational education in our country, and take various measures to cultivate qualified vocational talents.
