目的 检测凋亡调节基因Fas和c myc在汉族和维吾尔族妇女子宫内膜异位症中的表达 ,以探讨凋亡调节基因在子宫内膜异位症发病中的作用。方法 2 0 0 2年 9月至 2 0 0 3年 4月新疆医科大学第一附属医院妇科应用免疫组化法 ,检测凋亡调节基因Fas和c myc在无异位症妇女的正常子宫内膜与卵巢子宫内膜异位症患者的在位内膜 ,异位内膜中的表达。结果 Fas和c myc主要定位于子宫内膜的腺上皮中 ,其中Fas在异位症患者在位及异位内膜中表达较低 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 ) ,c myc在异位症患者异位、在位内膜中的表达较无异位者增强 ,差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 1 )。维、汉族内膜异位症异位内膜中这两者的表达差异无统计学意义 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 子宫内膜异位症中凋亡调节基因的表达与无异位症者不同 ,促凋亡基因的表达减弱 ,抑制凋亡基因的表达增强 ,有利于异位内膜的种植 ,生存和发展。维族和汉族内膜异位症的表达差异无显著性。
Objective To detect the expression of apoptosis regulatory genes Fas and c myc in Han and Uygur women with endometriosis and to explore the role of apoptosis regulatory genes in the pathogenesis of endometriosis. Methods From September 2002 to April 2003, the gynecology department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University was used to detect the expression of Fas and c-myc in the normal endometrium With endometriosis, ectopic endometrium in patients with ovarian endometriosis. Results Fas and c-myc were mainly located in the endometrial glandular epithelium. Fas expression was lower in eutopic and ectopic endometrium, the difference was significant (P <0.05). The expression of c-myc Patients with ectopic ectopic, eutopic endometrium than those without ectopic enhancement, the difference was significant (P <0.01). There was no significant difference between the two groups in eutopic and ectopic endometriosis of Han and Han (P> 0.05). Conclusion The expression of apoptosis-regulating genes in endometriosis is different from that in patients without ectopic disease, the expression of pro-apoptotic genes is weakened and the expression of apoptosis-inhibiting genes is enhanced, which is propitious to the implantation, survival and development of ectopic endometrium. . Uygur and Han endometriosis showed no significant difference.
