执行工作是诉讼过程的最后一个环节,是法院判决文书得以产生实际效果的必经阶段。而当前我国的人民法院的执行员制度还有很多问题,有待完善。文章分为两个部分,第一部分论述了我国人民法院执行员制度的现状及其问题;第二部分在第一部分的基础上提出了完善执行员制度的四点建议即明确执行员的地位及作用、明确执行员的职责、明确执行员的任免程序和提高执行员的待遇。
The implementation of the lawsuit is the last step in the process of litigation, which is the necessary stage for the court to make an actual instrument. At present, there are still many problems in the system of executive officers of people’s courts in our country, which needs to be perfected. The article is divided into two parts. The first part discusses the status quo and problems of the executive system of the people’s courts in our country.
