我就乌兰察布盟林业发展的形势,一九八一年的工作任务,贯彻落实党的林业政策,提高科学造林、营林水平,加强对林业工作的领导等几个问题,讲几点意见。一、我盟林业建设取得很大成绩在党的十一届三中全会路线指引下,全盟各级党委和人民政府(革委会),贯彻落实中央、自治区发展林业的有关方针、政策,动员全盟各族人民,大力开展种树种草,使我盟的林业建设发生了显著变化,取得了很大成绩。
