以7个同质(陕2A胞质)异核不育系为试材,研究了基因型及开花前5~16d气温(日平均气温,日最高气温,日最低气温)对CMS育性的影响。结果表明,这7个不育系间MSI存在显著差异,不育系209A的MSI值仅有0.250,而不育系182A则达1.350,其它5个不育系的MSI值介于二者之间;开花前气温对不同不育系MSI影响程度不同,除不育系195A外,其它6个不育系MSI都与开花前气温有关,且气温对不同不育系雄蕊发育的影响时期亦不同。
Seven homozygous (Shan 2 A cytoplasmic) heterokaryotic lines were used as materials to study the effect of genotype and temperature (daily average temperature, daily maximum temperature and daily minimum temperature) 5 ~ 16 days before flowering on CMS fertility .
