同轴辐射相对论磁控管,又称具有衍射输出的相对论磁控管,是目前相对论磁控管在小型化和紧凑化方向发展的重要分支,也是有望成为最紧凑的窄带高功率微波源器件之一.根据同轴辐射相对论磁控管直接轴向辐射准TEll模式的方式和特点,开展了两路同轴辐射相对论磁控管共用一个喇叭的功率合成研究.通过对平行排列结果的分析讨论,提出了一种改善辐射方向性的方法和结构.最终的研究结果表明:当两路同轴辐射相对论磁控管并排靠近放置且夹角为7°,共用喇叭的参数为h=600 mm,r=340 mm时,π模反射系数为0.31,最大增益21.5 dB,辐射模式为TEll模.
Coaxial radiation relativistic magnetrons, also called relativistic magnetrons with diffracted outputs, are an important branch of relativistic magnetrons in the direction of miniaturization and compactness. They are also expected to be the most compact narrow-band high-power microwave source devices According to the mode and characteristics of coaxial TEll mode of coaxial radiation relativistic magnetron direct coaxial radiation, a power synthesis study of two speakers sharing a single horn with coaxial radiation relativistic magnetrons was carried out.Based on the analysis and discussion of parallel arrangement results, A new method and structure to improve radiation directivity is proposed.Finally, the results show that when the two coaxial radiation relativistic magnetrons are placed side by side and the included angle is 7 °, the common loudspeaker parameters are h = 600 mm, r = 340 mm, the π-mode reflection coefficient is 0.31, the maximum gain is 21.5 dB, and the radiation mode is TEll mode.
