现代物流业的发展需要大量具有较强专业知识的物流人才,而人才的培养靠教育。本文将通过对物流人才的能力要求、物流专业教育的现状的分析,研究物流管理专业的课程体系建设,以期得出有利于物流管理专业发展的结论,促进物流人才的培养和物流业的全面发展。
The development of modern logistics industry needs a large number of logistics professionals with strong professional knowledge, and personnel training depends on education. Through the analysis of the ability requirements of logistics talents and the status quo of logistics specialty education, this paper studies the construction of the curriculum system of logistics management major in order to draw the conclusion that is conducive to the development of logistics management specialty, to promote the cultivation of logistics talents and the all-round development of logistics industry .
