海伦·凯勒说过:“当你感受到生活中有一股力量在驱使你飞翔时,你是绝不应该选择爬行的。”在我的小学数学教学实践中,我在尝试着当下普遍采用的小组合作学习法。它以全新的视角切入,深刻的改变了传统的课堂教学模式。创建合作小组是颇费周章的。其一,鼓励学生自己组建学习小组,通常会出现成绩好的组合在一起,成绩稍差的被边缘化,这样的选组方式违背了小组合作共同提高的初衷,而易导致优生更优,差生更差的失控局面。
