为了研究溶栓是否影响残余心肌缺血,作者对123例初次急性心肌梗塞存活的连续男性患者,年龄70岁以下,分别进行出院前极量运动试验和出院后早期动态ST段监护。入院前①胸痛持续24小时以上;②以前心脏手术或血管成形术;③心电图传导障碍:④合并心房颤动或其它慢性致残疾病不例入内,74例具本研究溶栓标准,胸痛发作小于12小时和有心肌梗塞心电图改变,仅最后35例作溶栓治疗,开始39例为保守治疗(对照组),两组间基本临床特征如年龄,梗塞部位,心机酶和种类和峰值均无明显区别。方法:全部病人出院前一日均进行极量踏车运动试验,每个病人总运动时间为15分钟达到,开始运动负荷根据年龄、性别是预计运动量的五分之一,
