目的:探析加味贝母瓜蒌汤治疗矽肺的临床效果。方法:针对重庆市九龙坡区第二人民医院2012年7月-2013年6月收治的78例矽肺患者临床资料进行分析研究,随机性划分为对照组和观察组。对照组44例患者采用常规西药治疗,观察组34例在对照组治疗基础上,采用加味贝母瓜蒌汤治疗,用药治疗后评价临床效果。结果:观察两组患者的症状改善、动脉血氧饱和度、动脉氧气分压、动脉二氧化碳分压、肺泡通气量等指标对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床采用加味贝母瓜蒌汤治疗矽肺,其止咳化痰、化瘀止痛效果显著。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of Modified Bei Ma Gu Wan Decoction in the treatment of silicosis. Methods: According to the clinical data of 78 cases of silicosis admitted to Jiulongpo Second People’s Hospital of Chongqing from July 2012 to June 2013, the randomized study was divided into control group and observation group. Forty-four patients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine. On the basis of the control group, 34 cases in the observation group were treated with Modified Bei Ma Gua Wan Decoction, and the clinical effects were evaluated after treatment. Results: The improvement of symptoms, arterial oxygen saturation, partial pressure of arterial oxygen, arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide and alveolar ventilation were observed in two groups. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The clinical use of Modified Beibei melon soup for the treatment of silicosis, its cough and phlegm, stasis analgesic effect is remarkable.
