依据串草圪旦煤矿6104工作面生产技术条件,实测分析了浅埋厚煤层综放开采地表采动裂缝分布规律,工作面漏风特征及其对安全生产的影响。针对6104工作面地表漏风严重易引起CO浓度超限问题,提出了工作面均压通风技术控制地表漏风,降低工作面CO浓度。实测表明,均压通风能够有效控制地表漏风,对工作面CO浓度的控制效果明显。
According to the production technical conditions of 6104 working face of Qundan coal mine, the distribution rules of surface mining cracks in fully mechanized caving mining with shallow thick seam and the air leakage characteristics of working face and its impact on safety production were measured and analyzed. Aiming at the problem that the air leakage in the surface of 6104 working face is serious and the concentration of CO exceeds the limit, a pressure equalizing ventilation technique is proposed to control surface air leakage and reduce the CO concentration in the working face. The measured results show that pressure equalizing ventilation can effectively control air leakage on the surface, and the control effect on the CO concentration on the working face is obvious.
