本文采用MTT法检测了30例人恶性肿瘤标本对临床常用的12种化疗药物的敏感性。6例卵巢癌对DDP、ADM、MMC、CP、5-Fu敏感。7例肺癌以CP、DDP、ADM、MMC、DTIC、VCR、5-Fu敏感率高(6/7)、肠癌2例、食道癌3例、乳腺癌2例、喉癌4例、肝癌2例对实验所用12种化疗药物不敏感,2例膀胱癌的药敏谱不同。实验结果显示:不同肿瘤、不同患者对不同的化疗药物及对相同的化疗药物的敏感性皆不相同。提示癌患者检测药敏对于指导临床用药具有重要意义。
In this paper, the sensitivity of 30 human malignant tumor specimens to 12 commonly used chemotherapy drugs was detected by MTT assay. Six cases of ovarian cancer were sensitive to DDP, ADM, MMC, CP, and 5-Fu. Seven patients with lung cancer had high susceptibility to CP, DDP, ADM, MMC, DTIC, VCR, and 5-Fu (6/7), 2 bowel cancers, 3 esophageal cancers, 2 breast cancers, 4 laryngeal cancers, and 2 liver cancers. The cases were insensitive to the 12 chemotherapeutic drugs used in the experiment, and the sensitivity spectrum of 2 bladder cancers was different. The experimental results show that different tumors and different patients have different sensitivities to different chemotherapy drugs and to the same chemotherapy drugs. It is important for cancer patients to detect drug susceptibility to guide clinical drug use.
