选用了一种改性芳香胺来固化TDE—85环氧树脂,得到了一种耐热性、 工艺性及机 械性能都很好的环氧树脂基体,并结合FT—IR,DSC及凝胶化时间的测试分析对该基体的固化 反应进行了研究.优化了固化工艺制度,并对该基体的T—700碳纤维复合材料的性能进行了研 究.实验证明,该基体与碳纤维粘结良好,纤维强度转化率最高可达86.5%,可用作碳纤维复合材 料湿法缠绕成型用高性能树脂基体.
A modified aromatic amine was chosen to cure TDE-85 epoxy resin. An epoxy resin matrix with good heat resistance, process and mechanical properties was obtained. FT-IR, DSC and gelation The time of the test analysis of the matrix curing reaction was studied. The curing process was optimized, and the properties of T-700 carbon fiber composites were studied. Experiments show that the matrix and carbon fiber bonding well, the fiber strength conversion up to 86.5%, can be used as carbon fiber composite material for wet winding high performance resin matrix.
