安源山下的一个集体小厂——萍乡市安源鞋帽厂,继去年十月在全省布鞋创新选样评比会上获得第一名之后,在今年十月的全省评比会上再次夺魁.去年,有关部门从全省22个制鞋单位的产品中评选优秀产品30种,安源布鞋厂有10种产品入选。今年,在同样范围内较量,这个厂又有8种布鞋获胜.去年省里评完后,接着是华东地区评比,我省得了第三名,有十三种布鞋中选。其中,有六种是安源鞋帽厂的产品。这个名不见经传的小厂,为什么能在同行业质量评比中连连获胜呢?他们的主要经验是:
