脂肪肝和糖尿病一样正在全球大流行,非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)已成为发达国家和中国富裕地区慢性肝病的首要病因,其发病率仍在增加且有低龄化发病趋势。同时,NAFLD还与糖尿病有着千丝万缕的联系。因此,临床医生应加强对该病的防治。
Fatty liver, like diabetes, is a global pandemic. Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) has become the leading cause of chronic liver disease in developed countries and affluent areas of China. The incidence of this disease is still on the rise and there is an increasing trend toward younger age. At the same time, NAFLD is also inextricably linked with diabetes. Therefore, clinicians should strengthen the prevention and treatment of the disease.
