目的研究分析人性化护理在产科患者术后疼痛护理质量。方法收集我院妇产科收治的患者90例,将其均分为对照组和观察组,采用常规护理的方式对对照组患者进行护理,采用人性化护理的方式对观察组患者进行护理,观察和比较观察组患者的护理满意度与术后疼痛情况以及对照组患者的护理满意度与术后疼痛情况。结果观察组45例患者中有29例表示满意,14例表示一般,2例表示不满意,护理满意率为95.56%;对照组45例患者中有19例表示满意,21例表示一般,5例表示不满意,护理满意率为88.89%,观察组护理满意度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人性化护理在产科患者术后疼痛的护理中能够降低患者的疼痛感,提高护理满意度,值得推广。
Objective To study and analyze the quality of postoperative pain care of humanized nursing in obstetric patients. Methods 90 cases of obstetrics and gynecology admitted to our hospital were divided into control group and observation group. The patients in control group were treated by routine nursing method, and the patients in observation group were treated by humanized nursing. And to compare the nursing satisfaction and postoperative pain in the observation group patients and the nursing satisfaction and postoperative pain in the control group. Results In the observation group, 29 of 45 patients were satisfied, 14 were normal, 2 were dissatisfied, and 95.56% were satisfied. In the control group, 19 of 45 patients were satisfied, 21 were normal, and 5 Said they were not satisfied, nursing satisfaction rate was 88.89%, the observation group nursing satisfaction was significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The humanized nursing can reduce the patient’s pain and improve the nursing satisfaction in the nursing of obstetric patients with postoperative pain, which is worth to be promoted.
