镗拉刀锻造裂纹的废品分析名称:镗拉刀。材料:W18Cr4V钢。宏观情况:经热处理淬火后于镗拉刀头部外园园周表面非应力集中区,发现一纵向裂纹(另外两把拉刀裂纹情况亦然)。裂纹深度0.901毫米。显微观察: 1.非金属夹杂物(包括各种类型夹杂物)均不足1级。 2.裂纹附近纵向碳化物分布情况较均匀(图14)。
Boring Broken Forging Crack Analysis Name: Boring Broach. Material: W18Cr4V steel. Macroscopic situation: After heat treatment, the longitudinal cracks (the other two broach cracks are the same) were found in the non-stress concentration area outside the garden surface of the boring cutter head. Crack depth 0.901 mm. Microscopic observation: 1. Non-metallic inclusions (including various types of inclusions) are less than one grade. 2. Distribution of longitudinal carbides near cracks is more uniform (Figure 14).
