儿童时期是人一生中智力和体力发展速度最快的时期,这一时期营养的好坏直接关系到成年以后的健康。鸡蛋是一种营养丰富的食品,它不仅蛋白质含量高,易于消化吸收,而且还是铁、磷等矿物质和维生素A、E 及大部分 B 族维生素的良好来源。鸡蛋中的卵磷脂对促进大脑发育具有十分重要的作用。牛奶更是一种理想的儿童食品,其所含的蛋白质及钙、磷等矿物质和脂溶性维生素对儿童骨骼和体格的发育大有裨益。
Childhood is the fastest period of intellectual and physical development in a person’s life. The quality of nutrition during this period is directly related to the health of adults. Egg is a nutrient-rich food, which is not only high in protein but also easy to digest and absorb. It is also a good source of minerals such as iron and phosphorus and vitamins A, E and most B vitamins. Lecithin in eggs plays a very important role in promoting brain development.
