交通部颁发的现行《公路工程预算定额》（９２ 版定额） 在说明及附注中多处提到路基及基层施工预算编制时的洒水费用问题，但由于一些工程技术人员疏忽大意，常常漏算这一费用。从而带来一些不应有的麻烦，笔者想就此问题作一粗浅探讨，以期引起大家重视。
