本文论述测量非球面的方法。本方法使用两个光具座,其中一个固定,另一个绕着与固定的光具座相交的垂直轴旋转。被测表面放在固定的光具座上,用自准直显微镜调整,直到表面曲率的顶点中心与转轴一致。然后用旋转的或转动的光具座,自准直测量各种入射角的球面顶点的偏差。对于凸、凹表面和曲率的增、减,采用的测量技术略有区别。
This article discusses ways to measure aspheric surfaces. The method uses two optical tables, one of which is stationary and the other of which rotates about a vertical axis that intersects the stationary optical bench. The surface to be measured is placed on a fixed optical bench and adjusted with a self-aligning microscope until the center of curvature of the surface coincides with the axis of rotation. Then with a rotating or rotating optical bench, self-collimation measurements of spherical aberration at various angles of incidence. For convex, concave surface and curvature of the increase, decrease, the use of measurement techniques are slightly different.
