本文研究了Ti80钛合金挤压管材在800~1,020℃范围内不同退火温度对其组织与性能的影响。研究发现,Ti80钛合金挤压管材随退火温度从800℃升高到1,020℃,Rm从910MPa提高到935MPa,A从15%升至17%再降至12%,抗拉强度变化不大,但塑性变化较明显。在800~900℃退火可消除管材内应力并产生部分再结晶,温度升高到950℃时Ti80再结晶进行的较充分,组织得到细化、球化,管材的室温力学性能良好。继续升至1,020℃时,获得的是魏氏组织,导致塑性降低。
In this paper, the effects of different annealing temperature on microstructure and properties of Ti80 titanium alloy extruded pipe at 800 ~ 1,020 ℃ were studied. The results show that with the annealing temperature increasing from 800 ℃ to 1,020 ℃, the Rm increases from 910 MPa to 935 MPa, the A increases from 15% to 17% and then decreases to 12%, and the tensile strength does not change much Plastic changes more obvious. Annealing at 800-900 ℃ can eliminate the internal stress and produce partial recrystallization. When the temperature is raised to 950 ℃, the recrystallization of Ti80 is more complete and the microstructure is refined and spheroidized. The room temperature mechanical properties of the pipe are good. Continued to rise to 1,020 ℃, the obtained Wistar organization, leading to plasticity decreased.
