《纲要》提出:“教育评价是幼儿园教育工作的重要组成部分,是了解教育的适宜性、有效性,调整和改进工作,促进每一个幼儿发展,提高教育质量的必要手段。”在幼儿园教育改革与发展过程中,幼儿发展评估起着监控、检测、导向与促进的重要作用。幼儿作为不断发展着的个体,定时对其进行阶段评估,可以更好地促进其良好发展。我园对幼儿的评估方面也做了一些改革性的尝试,月评估就是其中的一个亮点,把对幼儿的整体评估内容细化在每一月中,制定了一个月评估体系。通过一个阶段的试行,收到了良好的效果。我们在实施月评估中,注重以下几个方面。
