目的:选择加味四逆颗粒最佳精制工艺条件。方法:采用正交试验设计,以芍药苷,橙皮苷,甘草酸3种成分为指标,采用HPLC法对上述指标成分进行含量测定。结果:选用AB-8型大孔树脂,每克树脂的最大吸附量分别为芍药苷47.1 mg、橙皮苷11.5 mg、甘草酸57.7 mg,上样药液浓度为0.5(生药)g.mL-1,树脂柱的径高比为1∶7,吸附流速为2(BV/h),洗脱杂质用水量4倍吸附柱体积为最佳精制条件。结论:大孔树脂吸附法可用于加味四逆颗粒的精制。
Objective: To choose the best refinement of flavored Sini particles. Methods: Orthogonal design was used to determine the contents of the three components of paeoniflorin, hesperidin and glycyrrhizic acid as indicators. Results: The maximum adsorption capacity per gram of resin was 47.1 mg for paeoniflorin, 11.5 mg for hesperidin and 57.7 mg for glycyrrhizic acid, respectively, using AB-8 macroporous resin. The concentration of the sample was 0.5 (crude drug) g.mL- 1, the resin column diameter to height ratio of 1: 7, the adsorption flow rate of 2 (BV / h), elution of impurities in water 4 times the volume of the adsorption column for the best refining conditions. Conclusion: Macroporous resin adsorption method can be used to refine the flavored Sini particles.
