不稳定性心绞痛(UA)又称濒临急性心肌梗塞(AMI)或冠状动脉闭塞,极易致AMI和猝死,其机理和防治是国际性科研难题。中华医学杂志(英文版)、中华心血管杂志和中国循环杂志联合邀请国内60位学家,于1994年5月中旬在南京召开研讨会。到会200余人,著名心内科教授陈(氵颉)珠、林傅骧、顾复生、陈在嘉、高润霖、朱国英、陈湛、冯建章等参加了会议,重点就UA的病理生理基础研究、分型、冠脉造影、临床诊治广泛交流了经验和热烈讨论。
Unstable angina (UA), also known as the brink of acute myocardial infarction (AMI) or coronary occlusion, is extremely prone to AMI and sudden death, its mechanism and prevention is an international scientific problem. China Medical Journal (English version), the Chinese Journal of Cardiology and China Circulation Magazine jointly invited 60 domestic scholars, held a seminar in Nanjing in mid-May 1994. To attend more than 200 people, the famous cardiology Professor Chen (氵 Jie) beads, Lin Fu 骧, Gu Fusheng, Chen Zai, Gao Runlin, Zhu Guoying, Chen Zhan, Feng Jianzhang attended the meeting, focusing on the pathophysiology of UA basic research, Coronary angiography, clinical diagnosis and treatment of extensive exchange of experience and lively discussion.
