新常态下海南旅游业得到了快速发展,海南国际旅游岛建设已上升为国家战略,国际旅游岛建设的推进促使海南要加快人才的培养与储备,创新人才体制建设、加快旅游人力资源规划、培养复合型翻译人才成为政府工作重点。因此,对海南国际旅游岛建设现状和如何储备人才进行分析具有重要意义。本文主要通过对翻译服务业规范发展和制约海南发展翻译服务业因素的论述与分析,重点探究新常态下海南旅游业促进翻译服务业的规范发展。
Under the new normal, Hainan’s tourism industry has developed rapidly. The construction of Hainan’s international tourist island has risen into a national strategy. The promotion of the international tourist island has prompted Hainan to speed up the training and reserve of qualified personnel, innovate the system of qualified personnel, speed up the planning and training of tourist human resources Compound translators become the focus of government work. Therefore, it is of great significance to analyze the status quo of Hainan International Tourism Island and how to reserve talents. This paper mainly discusses and analyzes the factors that regulate the development of translation services and restricts the development of translation services in Hainan, and mainly probes into the normative development of Hainan’s tourism industry in promoting translation services under the new normal.
