目的:考察纳秒脉冲电场对不同剂型中成药的灭菌效果。方法:选择大山楂丸、舒心糖浆、益母草膏3种典型的中成药为研究对象,场强选择40,50,60 k V·cm-1,脉冲数10,100次,通过2个参数交互作用,采用纳秒脉冲电场发生器对中成药进行电击处理,利用平皿法检查灭菌效果。结果:在选定的参数条件下,该法对大山楂丸细菌的灭菌无效,对舒心糖浆和益母草膏灭菌合格。结论:纳秒脉冲电场对液体和半固态中成药制剂灭菌效果较好。
Objective: To investigate the antiseptic effect of nanosecond pulse electric field on different types of Chinese medicine. Methods: Three kinds of typical proprietary Chinese medicines such as big hawthorn pill, comfortable syrup and motherwort extract were selected as research objects. The field strength was 40,50,60 kV · cm-1, the number of pulses was 10,100 times, and the two parameters were used to interact with each other. Nanosecond pulse electric field generator for electric shock treatment, the use of plate method to check the sterilization effect. Results: Under the conditions of the selected parameters, the method of sterilization of the big hawthorn pill bacterium invalid, the comfortable syrup paste and Motherwort pasteurization qualified. Conclusion: The nanosecond pulse electric field has good sterilization effect on liquid and semi-solid preparations.
