胰岛素瘤是胰岛Ｂ细胞肿瘤，分泌过多的胰岛素、胰岛素原和类胰岛素等活性物质，引起以低血糖为主的一系列症状。我院１９６８～１９９７年经手术和病理确诊３２例，报告如下。１ 临床资料男女各１６例。年龄１５～８１岁，平均４４岁。病程２个月～８年。肿瘤直径０．６ｃｍ
Insulinoma is an islet B-cell tumor that secretes excessive amounts of insulin, insulin, insulin, and insulin-like active substances, causing a series of symptoms that are mainly hypoglycemia. In our hospital from 1968 to 1997, 32 cases were diagnosed by surgery and pathology. The report is as follows. 1 Clinical data 16 males and females. Age 15-81 years old, average 44 years old. Duration of 2 months to 8 years. Tumor diameter 0.6cm
