240名牙病患儿牙科畏惧症的图片测试

目的　初步探讨中国儿童的牙科畏惧状况 ,为儿童牙科教育提供一种思路。方法　对 2 40名牙病患儿牙科畏惧症进行图片测试。在畏惧儿童接受图片教育前后进行行为评价。结果　畏惧儿童数在幼小与大龄儿童之间、母亲的不同文化程度之间有显著差异 ,而无性别差异。用测试图片进行牙科保健教育 ,教育前后的畏惧行为也有显著差异。结论　儿童牙科畏惧症的图片测试是一种适合低龄儿童的较好的方法 ,图片有助于儿童接受牙科保健教育。

Objective To explore the dental fear of Chinese children and to provide a way of thinking for dental education in children. Methods A dental examination was performed on 240 dental patients with dental problems. Conduct behavioral evaluation before and after fear of children receiving photo education. Results Fear of children between young and old children, the mother of different education levels were significantly different, but no gender differences. Dental health education with test pictures, education before and after the fear behavior is also significantly different. Conclusion Picture test for children’s dental fear is a better way for younger children. The picture helps children receive dental health education.
