本文是通过现场观察,与培训学员谈话,与人事部门负责人沟通交流,与生产现场管理人员接触等方式,就生产一线员工岗位培训需求、存在问题、企业发展与人才培养、培训方法、培训改革等展开广泛调查研究,并在此基础上进行了进一步的研究和论证,从而表明:生产一线单位要改变思想观念,对现有传统的岗位培训模式进行调查、研究和改革。生产一线单位只有按照科学的规律、科学的方法去探索、实践、总结、改革、提高才能够实现创新一线岗位培训,努力提高培训效果,才会为企业发展提供人才支持的目标。
