11月9日是第6个“119全国消防日”,公安部和湖南省在衡阳船山广场举行追悼大会,沉痛悼念为扑救“11·3”特大火灾而英勇献身的20名公安消防官兵。 接下来,人们自然要关心,这场大火到底是怎么烧起来的?为什么在扑救大火的过程中,大楼会出人意料地轰然倒地?如果没有在火灾事故中发生大楼坍塌事故,那么几乎可以断定,20名官兵就不会面临突如其来的灭顶之灾,也就不会发生如此惨烈的悲剧。事实上,这些疑问从事故发生之初就萦绕在人们的心头。
November 9 is the 6th “119 National Fire Day”. The Ministry of Public Security and Hunan Province held a memorial meeting in Hengyang Chuanshan Square. They mourn the 20 police officers and men who heroically devoted themselves to fighting the “11.3” fire. Then, naturally, people should be concerned about how the fire was burned and why the building unexpectedly fell to the ground during the firefighting process. If there was no building collapse accident in the fire accident, it could almost be concluded that, 20 officers and soldiers will not face sudden catastrophe, it will not happen so tragic tragedy.
