本文报导了以氯化聚丙烯与不同比例的二苯基硅双(甲基丙烯酸)酯(简称二苯基硅双酯)在自由基引发剂作用下,经自由基接枝共聚反应合成有机硅接枝胶粘剂的方法及其粘接性能。实验结果表明,这种胶粘剂不仅对聚丙烯材料、及聚丙烯与金属钢、铝有良好的粘接性能。而且对钢铝材料间也有好的粘接效果。其粘接剪切强度分别为:聚丙烯-聚丙烯38.4kg/cm~2、聚丙烯-钢58.7kg/cm~2、聚丙烯-铝57.7kg/cm~2、钢-钢145.1kg/cm~2、铝-铝121.5kg/cm~2、钢-铝127.6kg/cm~2。
This paper reports the synthesis of silicone by free radical graft copolymerization of chlorinated polypropylene and different proportions of diphenylsilyl bis (methacrylates) (diphenylsilyl diester) under the action of free radical initiator Graft Adhesive Methods and Their Adhesive Properties. The experimental results show that this adhesive not only for polypropylene materials, and polypropylene and metal steel, aluminum have good bonding properties. But also between the aluminum and aluminum materials have good bonding effect.
