JKCR100-600B四坐标联动数控缠绕机,其主要性能指标为:缠绕直径100~1000mm,芯模重量2t,纱线速度40m/min;可缠绕对象为等开口、不等开口压力容器,包括锥体和球体等。根据缠绕过程中各坐标运动速度高、重复定位精度高等特点,在机械传动结构中采用了齿轮无间隙传动,为了减小运动部件的重量和摩擦力,采用了空心焊接结构和滚动导轨等。根据部颁标准规定了各运动坐标的符号,并定义各坐标的计数器为0时为机器原点。控制系统是由八位通用微机加扩展系统组成,扩展箱内插11块模板;各模板的主要功能:倍频、分频、计数、输入/输出D/A转换等。系统程序是由用户输入程序、计算程序、控制程序等组成。并以带有椭球封头的压力容器缠绕为例说明用户编程过程。
