目的:探讨腹腔石胎MSCT的表现,进一步提高对该病认识。方法:结合文献复习,回顾性分析一例被我院确诊的石胎患者的临床资料、MSCT轴位图像及后主处理(MPR、MIP、VR)图像的特征。结果:石胎MSCT轴位图像显示为腹腔内混杂密度肿块,以骨骼组织及钙化组织为主,胎体四肢长骨形态清晰可见;后处理图像直观显示胎体内发育较完善的胎儿骨骼系统及胎膜钙化的影像。结论:MSCT对腹腔石胎具有较高诊断价值,特别是后处理技术能更直观地提供石胎的特征性影像学表现。
Objective: To investigate the performance of MSCT on celiac stone and further improve the understanding of the disease. Methods: According to the literature review, the clinical data of one case of stone fetus confirmed by our hospital and the features of MSCT axial image and post-main treatment (MPR, MIP, VR) images were retrospectively analyzed. Results: The images of MSCT axial images showed intra-abdominal mixed lumps with skeletal and calcified tissue, and the long bones of the limbs of the carcass were clearly visible. The post-processing images showed that the carcass developed well-developed fetal skeletal system and fetal membranes Calcified images. Conclusion: MSCT has a high diagnostic value for celiac stone, especially the post-processing technology can provide more intuitive imaging features of stone.
