目的:比较数字化X线摄影系统(Digital radiography,DR)和计算机X线摄影系统(Computed radiography,CR)在乳腺癌检查中的价值。方法收集70例临床怀疑乳腺结节的患者,采用DR、CR系统拍摄,统计各组的辐射剂量、检查时间,并将术前诊断与病理对照。结果经穿刺或手术病理诊断恶性病变50例,良性病变20例。 DR组在显示细微钙化、结节影、不规则致密影、局部结构紊乱、血管增粗增多方面均优于CR组。 DR、CR的辐射剂量分别为(1.04±0.28)mGy和(1.95±0.21)mGy,DR、CR的检查时间分别为(4.05±0.11)min、(8.37±0.20)min,差异均具有统计学意义(<0.05)。 DR与CR诊断乳腺癌的敏感性、特异性和准确性分别为86.0%、60.0%、78.6%;72.0%、55.0%、67.1%。结论 DR诊断乳腺癌的敏感性、特异性、准确性均高于CR。与CR相比,DR降低了辐射剂量,缩短了检查时间。“,”Objective To compare the value in examination of breast cancer between digital radiography (DR)and computed radiography (CR).Methods 70 cases with breast nodules were photographed by CR and DR.their radiation dose and checking time were evaluated.The diagnostic results were compared to pathologic result.Results Histopathology revealed 50 malignant tumors and 20 benign lesions.DR can bet er display slight calcification,nodular shadows,ir egular dense shade and increased vascular enlargement.The radiation dose is respectively (1.04±0.28)mGy and (1.95±0.21)mGy,the checking time is respectively (4.05±0.11)minutes and (8.37±0.20)minutes.These dif erences suggest a statistic meaning ( <0.05).Sensitivity,specificity and accuracy for DR and CR were respectively 86.0%/72.0%,60.0%/55.0%,78.6%/67.1%.Conclusion The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy in diagnosis of breast cancer of DR were higher than CR.DR reduces the radiation dose,exposes the testing time.
