目的探讨抗卡氏肺囊虫病(PCP)预防治疗对TB/HIV双重感染病人抗结核治疗的影响效果。方法对治疗管理的TB/HIV双重感染病人726例进行疗效分析。结果 “落实组”与“未落实组”的性别、年龄、CD4值和结核菌涂片情况类似;“落实组”治愈或完成治疗率更高。结论落实PCP预防治疗可大大减少合并PCP发病机会及导致的死亡;可明显提高抗结核治疗治愈或完成治疗率,应推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of anti-cardiopulmonary candidi (PCP) prophylaxis on anti-TB therapy in TB / HIV patients. Methods The curative effect of 726 patients with TB / HIV dual infection in treatment management was analyzed. The results of “implementation group ” and “non-implementation group ” gender, age, CD4 value and tuberculosis smear situation is similar; “implementation group ” cure or complete treatment rate is higher. Conclusion The implementation of PCP prophylaxis can greatly reduce the chance of PCP onset and death; can significantly improve the cure rate of anti-TB treatment or completion of treatment, should be extended and applied.
