目的调查保险从业人员的心理健康状况,为其心理健康咨询和教育提供依据。方法应用SCL-90症状量表对保险从业人员进行测评,并将结果与全国成人常模比较。结果保险从业人员SCL-90总均分及各因子(除人际关系以外)都高出全国常模,其中保险业务员总均分、阳性均分及各因子均高于保险内勤人员。结论保险从业人员的心理健康状况低于一般人群,对该类人群开展心理疾病预防势在必行。
Objective To investigate the mental health status of insurance practitioners and provide basis for their mental health counseling and education. Methods The SCL-90 symptom scale was used to evaluate the insurance practitioners, and the results were compared with the national adult norm. Results The average score and factors of SCL-90 among insurance practitioners (except for interpersonal relationship) were higher than those of national norms. Among them, the average score of insurance salesman, positive share and all factors were higher than that of insurance back-office staff. Conclusion The mental health status of insurance practitioners is lower than that of the general population, so it is imperative to carry out the prevention of mental diseases in this group of people.
