由中共中央地方病防治领导小组主持召开的全国地方性氟中毒防治工作经验交流会,于一九八五年十月二十三日至二十六日在山东省潍坊市举行。参加会议的有卫生部、水电部、财政部、地质矿产部、城乡建设环境保护部等国家有关部委和各省、市、自治区的负责同志,各省卫生厅、水利厅以及典型单位的代表共250余人。会议总结了一九七七年以来地氟病防治工作经验、检查总结了《改水防治地方性氟中毒暂行办法》的执行情况,总结交流了改水防氟经验,听取了山东、黑龙江、陕西等省
