近年来,随着高职院校人事管理体制改革进程的不断推进,在一定程度上转变了高职院校日渐陈旧的用人观念。然而,高职教育职业性、技术性、实践性等特点,决定了现阶段亟待建设一支人员结构分布合理、综合素质过硬的教职工队伍。现阶段高职院校因肩负着培养专业型、技能型人才的重任,故对其人事管理与师资力量整合提出了更新更高的要求。本文基于法治视角浅议高职院校人事管理的困局与新路,既是该类院校人事管理法治化建设的客观需要,也是现阶段深化高职院校人事制度改革、提升办学效益的必然要求。
In recent years, with the continuous advancement of the personnel management system reform in higher vocational colleges, to a certain extent, it has changed the increasingly obsolete employment concept of higher vocational colleges. However, the characteristics of higher vocational education such as occupation, technicality and practicality determine the urgent need to construct a contingent of staff members with reasonable structure and comprehensive quality at this stage. Higher vocational colleges at this stage because of shoulder shouldering the responsibility of training professional and skilled personnel, so the personnel management and teacher integration put forward newer and higher requirements. This paper, based on the rule of law perspective on the difficulties and new ways of personnel management in higher vocational colleges, is not only the objective needs of legal management of personnel management in these institutions, but also the inevitable necessity of deepening the reform of personnel system in higher vocational colleges at this stage to enhance the efficiency of running a school Claim.
