The timely nurturing of young middle-aged trees is a key measure to promote the success of trees. Central Document No. 1 in 1986 pointed out that the current focus should be on young and middle-aged forest nurturing. In the following, some technical requirements on soil weeding and pruning are put forward for reference to forestry households and key households in various places.
