“让更多劳动者分享改革发展的成果”是胡锦涛总书记在十七大报告中提出的要求。我们致力于构建的社会,至少不应当是“利润侵蚀工资”。它需要政府、企业和劳动者共同努力,而当务之急就是政府加强法律建设,企业经营者和劳动者努力提高自身素质。
“Let more workers share the fruits of reform and development” is the demand put forward by General Secretary Hu Jintao in the report of the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. We are committed to building a society that at least should not be “profit-eroding wages.” It needs the joint efforts of the government, enterprises and laborers. The top priority is that the government strengthens the legal construction and the business operators and laborers strive to improve their own quality.
