皮脂腺癌,尤其是眼外型,是一种极罕见的皮肤癌,预后较差。故有必要寻找确诊该病的方法。用8种抗角蛋白单克隆抗体(34βB4,35βH11,Ks13.1,Ks19.1,PKK1,LP34,KL1,AE1),对6例福尔马林固定、石腊包埋的眼外型皮脂腺癌标本进行免疫组织化学研究,并与其他皮肤癌进行比较,包括18例小汗腺汗孔癌、2例恶性透明细胞汗腺瘤、5例合并腺痛的乳外Paget病、6例恶性外毛根鞘瘤、10例鳞状细胞癌。上述病例均经组织病理确诊。用间接酶法染色。阴性对照中用正常鼠血清代替一体。结果:①6例皮脂腺癌CK1、KL1和AE1均阳性,5例K8阳性,4例K19阳性。K8、CK1和
Sebaceous carcinoma, especially extraocular, is a very rare form of skin cancer with a poor prognosis. Therefore, it is necessary to look for ways to diagnose the disease. Eight formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded ophthalmic adenocarcinomas of the eye with 8 anti-keratin monoclonal antibodies (34βB4, 35βH11, Ks13.1, Ks19.1, PKK1, LP34, KL1, AE1) Specimens were studied by immunohistochemistry and compared with other skin cancers, including 18 cases of hypohidrosis, 2 cases of malignant clear cell sweat adenomas, 5 cases of extramural Paget disease complicated with palpation, and 6 cases of malignant outer root sheath tumors. 10 cases of squamous cell carcinoma.
