随着国家经济的发展,我国无论在科技还是在知识上,都达到了前所未有的进步。面对越来越复杂的社会关系和国际环境,法律这一武器起到了至关重要的作用,任何事情都要受到法律的制约和保护。所以,研究法律对经济发展,对社会进步都是非常重要的。文章就是从法律和价值判断两方面进行简要的讨论,希望可以从讨论中获得一些新的想法和有用的信息。
With the development of our country’s economy, our country has achieved unprecedented progress both in science and technology and in knowledge. In the face of increasingly complex social relations and the international environment, the law, the weapon of the utmost importance, plays an essential role and everything must be subject to legal constraints and protection. Therefore, studying law is very important to economic development and social progress. The article is a brief discussion of both legal and value judgments, hoping to get some new ideas and useful information from the discussion.
