在网络已经十分普及的今天,建立公共图书馆延伸服务新模式并借助相关技术成果,更好的发挥公共图书馆的职能、作用,延伸其服务方式及领域,确保公民正常阅读活动的开展,构建全民阅读的社会,整体提高我国人民的文化素质。我国公共图书馆的延伸服务方式主要有三种,即自助图书馆、乡镇社区图书馆以及流动图书馆。同时,受多种信息技术的影响,公共图书馆延伸服务的发展趋势逐渐成为数字图书馆及手机图书馆、电子阅读器等,极大方便了人们随时进行知识学习。

At the same time, influenced by many kinds of information technologies, the development trend of extending service of public libraries has gradually become a digital library, a mobile phone library and an electronic reader, which greatly facilitate people’s knowledge learning at any time.
